Shipping, Returns & Backorder Policy


Shipments are subject to the carrier's published shipping rates. Other fees might be applicable, i.e. insurance, fuel surcharges, dimensional/oversize fees; if required by the carrier's regulations. Shipping charges and other charges are non-refundable. An 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be charged if an order is refused or undeliverable. No orders will be released until all costs have been received by the customer due to undeliverable or refusal of the package for any reason. 

If the box arrives damaged, you must send us an email at pillowsforcomfort@att.net immediately within (1) one day of receipt so that we can file a claim with the carrier. It is required that you do not open the box. The original double packaging, packaging and all materials/paperwork must be left untouched and not opened.

Any shipping and/or pricing decrepanies must be reported within (1) one day of receipt of order.

If you cancel the order, please be aware that a shipped item can not be recalled. Unfortunately, you are responsible for the item until it has arrived back to the warehouse. Up to a 20% restocking fee will apply along with the initial shipping costs and the shipping costs for the return. The item must be received in the original double packaging and not opened to ensure that the item received is in resaleable condition. The credit will be processed once the item has been received.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.


Please thoroughly read all warranty material carefully as the warranty period varies by manufacturer and item. Please refer to the warranty for warranty issues and contact the manufacturer directly.

A defective or damaged item can be returned within six (6) days from the date of purchase. After those six (6) days, you must contact the manufacturer to return a defective item under their specific manufacturer allowances. Report a defective item within (6) six days from the date of purchase by sending an email to pillowsforcomfort@att.net. A Return Authorization (RA) procedure will begin and at our discretion, a defective or damaged return will be accepted for an exchange or repair. We have the right to impose up to 20% re-stocking fee for returns for no exchange or repair. A defective or damaged item must be diagnosed "defective" by our technical support staff before being accepted as a defective return. We will provide instructions to you on the Return Authorization (RA) procedures via your email address. After (6) six days from the date of purchase; no credit, refund, exchange or repair will be allowed. The double packaging, original packaging and materials/paperwork must be kept and in new condition for any return with PREPAID freight. No credit will be given until the item has been received within the timeframe. This process can take up to (3) three weeks.

We do not accept returns on special orders, closeout items or discontinued items. No return, exchange or refund will be provided on items that have been misused or abused by a consumer or items used for commercial use. Items not eligible for returns also are opened and used. Check the manufacturer's warranty if an item can be returned. If not, we can not provide a return, credit or exchange for an item that the manufacturer will not accept. 

A non-defective item/product can be returned within (3) three days from the date of receipt. The double packaging, original unopened package with all its contents, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories and UPC label and/or unbroken seal must be 100% in new resaleable condition and a 20% restock fee will be assessed. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet any of these requirements. Shipping/Freight charges will not be refunded. Non-defective items require a RA number (return authorization) and you must send us an email at pillowsforcomfort@att.net within (3) three days from the date of receipt. RA numbers have an expiration date and procedure protocols. When you are provided with an RA number via your email address, it is important that this number be visible, clearly written on the outside of the carton to avoid refusal of the returned shipment. NO shipping label NOR an RA number can be placed or written on the manufacturer's box. The inside packaging must contain all contents with no writing and securely protected. If these procedures are not followed, a non-defective item will not be eligible for return and refused. Upon receipt and acceptance can we credit your account. Shipping/freight must be PREPAID.

We reserve the option to substitute any item that is on backorder for a comparable item of equal or greater value. Backorders are shipped automatically. Please let us know if you see that your ordered item is placed on backorder. You must email us at pillowsforcomfort@att.net to cancel a back order. 

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Somes items ordered may not be exactly as pictured. We are not responsible for any typographical errors, erroneous data in publications, etc., website or any media platform.
